Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reconstruction Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in restoration and reconstruction services, particularly in the areas of fire, water, and storm damage. This position involves hands-on work to restore homes and businesses to their pre-damage condition while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Necessary Skills:
· Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 75 pounds.
· Perform demolition, rebuild, and restoration tasks, including framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and general construction work.
Comfortable working with sewage and using appropriate personal protective equipment.
· Is energized doing physically demanding work.
· Comfortable being on a roof, in an attic, and/or in crawl spaces.
· Is willing and able to be part of the on-call rotation that responds to after-hours calls for water mitigation emergency services and board ups.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and basic math.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Valid driver’s license (Required)
- Ability to pass a background check
Compensation:
- $18.00-$35.00 hourly rate based on industry-specific experience.
