Schedule: Mon–Thurs 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Pay: $34.00–$45.00 per hour (DOE) About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and long-term reliability of our manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role requires a professional who can work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform both routine and advanced maintenance tasks across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.If you excel at diagnosing problems, rebuilding equipment, and keeping a facility running smoothly, we want to talk to you. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Tear down, repair, and rebuild mechanical components and production machinery. Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions. Maintain and repair HVAC systems (certification required). Perform electrical repairs including wiring, controls, and equipment connections. Conduct plumbing repairs and maintenance as needed. Work independently to prioritize tasks and respond to maintenance needs across the facility. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation. QualificationsHVAC Certification required. Strong experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance. Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, including teardown and rebuild. Proven troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. Ability to work independently and manage daily workload effectively.
