Abrasive Blasters - Shipyard

CTR Group is seeking Abrasive Blasters, Level 3 for our client, a Shipyard in Charleston, SC.

Pay Rate: $29 per Hour Plus $130 Per Diem for Non-Local Candidates.

1st Shift: 6am to 4:30pm Mon-Thurs / 6am to 2:30pm Fri                                                                                              

SUMMARY:

The Abrasive Blasters, Level 3: will perform the following tasks:

• Prep surfaces for painting, perform various operations such as washing, stripping, masking.     
• Clean interior, exterior as required and perform basic brush, dip, spray stripper operations. 
• Mix, apply chemicals such as cleaners, brighteners, perform application of conversion coat

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma/GED.   
• 5 years of Abrasive Blasting experience ,
