- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs such as lead time, cost, and service level.
- Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance through regular evaluations.
- Logistics & Distribution:
- Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Optimize logistics networks to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- Inventory & Demand Planning:
- Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular audits.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement automation and digital tools to streamline operations.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
- Mitigate risks related to supply disruptions and geopolitical factors.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or APICS certification preferred).
- 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.

- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
