What You'll Handle- Run comprehensive diagnostics on diesel engines and hydraulic circuits to pinpoint faults quickly and accurately.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and on-the-spot repairs for trucks and heavy equipment.
- Inspect components and swap out worn parts — including brakes, transmissions, and fuel system elements.
- Document all services performed with clear, organized maintenance records.
- Team up with fellow technicians to hit timelines and deliver reliable repairs.
- Keep up with evolving diesel technologies and hydraulic innovations.
- Work safely and keep bays neat, tools organized, and procedures tight.
- High school diploma or equivalent; tech school or diesel certification is a plus.
- Hands-on diesel mechanic experience with a strong emphasis on trucks and hydraulic systems.
- Deep knowledge of diesel engine assemblies and hydraulic components.
- Comfort reading service manuals, wiring diagrams, and hydraulic schematics.
- Problem-solver with great attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
