We are partnering with a well-established, tight-knit firm in Nashville to identify an Accounts Receivable and Logistics Coordinator to join their team. 🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, customers, and vendors—handling inquiries and communication professionally
• Manage incoming calls and coordinate information across departments
• Generate customer invoices and supporting documentation for shipments
• Coordinate shipping logistics, including working with freight providers and tracking deliveries
• Provide updates to customers and internal teams on order status
• Review and verify freight costs against invoices
• Maintain accurate records through scanning and filing of A/R and A/P documents
• Assist with inventory tracking, transfers, and reconciliations with vendor-managed accounts
• Support truck drivers with required documentation and signatures
• Cross-train with A/P and assist with general office needs, including supplies and administrative support
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

✅ Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting, A/P, A/R, or Data entry
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to work onsite 5 days per week
