Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and motivated, with a strong understanding of teamwork in a fast‑paced logistics environment. This role works closely with the customer service, sales team, vendors and overseas partners to ensure shipments are executed accurately, compliantly, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues involving customers, vendors, overseas agents, and internal teams
- Plan, execute, and manage ocean shipments in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain complete and up‑to‑date shipment records
- Support additional operational and administrative tasks as assigned
- Report directly to the Operations Manager
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in ocean export/import customer service and/or operations required
- Experience with an NVOCC, VOCC, or freight forwarder strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of international transport operations and customer service workflows
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment
- Resourceful, proactive, and solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving
