Project Coordinator
Morganfield, KY / Henderson, KY
CTL Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support estimating, project administration, procurement, and office operations. This is a key position for a highly organized professional who can manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and project documentation
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications
- Coordinate purchasing, materials, and subcontractors
- Assist with project scheduling and job tracking
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, and job costing
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and project managers
Qualifications
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace
- Blueprint reading and estimating experience preferred
- Procurement or purchasing experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail
Location: Morganfield, KY / Henderson, KY (position will support operations in both locations)
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
