CTL Financial LLC is a growing business expanding to Severna Park, MD! We provide comprehensive financial planning including retirement planning, investment management, life insurance, tax planning and tax preparation. Come visit us in our new office location.
This is a seasonal position with an option for off season hours throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Conduct tax research and provide guidance on tax planning strategies
- Assist clients with tax compliance and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred but not requires
- CPA certification or Enrolled Agent preferred but not required
- Proven 3 years experience as a Tax Preparer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience with financial report writing and interpretation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
As a Tax Accountant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their tax preparation, compliance, and reporting needs.
