We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment as an Ovens/Autoclave Operator at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).

- Load ovens and autoclaves.
- Hook up vacuum lines and TC wires.
- Select cure cycles and run cycle.
- Verify and check cure information
- Ability to prioritize cures.
- Enter cure information into computer.
- Deliver parts to various departments after cure.
- Maintain 6S schedule.
- Ability to work as a team and work alone.
- Must have a HS Diploma or equivalent
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Good time management skills
- Able to prioritize and make good decisions.
- Able to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to become forklift certified.
