GTIMS Training Specialist

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Vocational or other post-high school training.

Training and Experience: One (1) year experience in administrative management. Familiarity with aircraft and weapon system training administrations. Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) administration and management. Familiarity with normal government software and hardware. Experience working in a dynamic high stress environment. Ability to prioritize conflicting requests. Prior operational scheduling experience desired.

General Skills: Must be able to handle multiple tasks, a self-starter, flexible in work assignments, detail oriented, highly organized, possess good interpersonal and written communication skills, and work under limited supervision.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Access a plus.

Security Clearance: Must currently possess a security clearance of “Secret” or above.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure GTIMS operates effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain the MQ-9 LMS to maintain accurate and timely training documentation and grade sheet administration
• System administrator duties for GTIMS and LMS, assigning Wing level permissions for GTIMS
• Training database manager, working with GTIMS help desk on rule based syllabus requirements and pre-requisites, assist squadron GTIMS Associates with set-up and configuration of programmed flight training (PFT) classes with students names and applicable data, ensure accuracy and storage of all course grade sheets.
• Provide GTIMS and LMS user-level assistance and training to instructors, assist GTIMS help desk with install of GTIMS and LMS upgrades, assist with troubleshoot and repair of GTIMS and LMS system, backup of GTIMS and LMS database, repair of GTIMS and LMS student or syllabi database when corrupt, load and maintain LMS courseware.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
