PURPOSE OF POSITION

Provide system support.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:  Vocational or other post-high school training.

Training and Experience:  Qualified as Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II (Security desired) in accordance with DoD Directive 8570.01 and AFMAN 17-1303. Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience.

Desired Training and Experience:  One (1) year experience on government computer networks. Understanding of web protocols SOAP, JSON, HTTP, XML and ASPX.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must be able to prioritize tasks, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, highly organized, ability to handle multiple tasks, high analytical ability, detail oriented, and work with little to no supervision.

Security Clearance: Current security clearance of “Secret” or above.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide client and system support to contractor personnel located at Creech and Holloman AFB.
• Work with local Communication Squadron (CS) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) in maintaining hardware and software applications and technical support. “Systems may include network or server infrastructure in addition to software/hardware applications management and services.
• Site liaison for Learning Management System (LMS) application.
• Coordinate with Learning Management System Integrators in supporting LMS applications.
• Focal point for help desk matters concerning LMS configurations, training, and troubleshooting problems.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
