We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in St. Louis whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience”. Responsibilities

These responsibilities will give you an idea, but not a full picture of what you will do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist as we work to embrace and capitalize on our employee’s strengths:

• Post open positions and review applications.
• Conduct phone screens of candidates and bring feedback to talent acquisition team.
• Help develop strategies to create talent pipelines for future needs.
• Work with employee experience team to help build and sustain an awesome culture for CTI
• General office duties
• Other tasks as assigned

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
• Customer service experience.
