Job Description
- Drive and operate heavy equipment.
- Assume responsibility for proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Perform pre and post safety checklists.
- Observe and obey all traffic laws in the operation of assigned company vehicle.
- Operate loaders, excavators, dozer (material handling/grading).
- Experience with hydraulic sheers, screeners and hoe-rams.
- Maintaining and operating various types of heavy construction and demolition equipment such as dozers, excavators, backhoes, loaders, rollers/compactors, trenchers, trucks/tractor
- forklifts in a safe and efficient manner and adjust equipment as necessary.
- This position will perform other field related functions as assigned by superintendent or foreman.
Additional Requirements
- CTI is a Drug-Free Workplace - Must pass pre-hire drug screen.
- Must possess valid driver's license.
- Must be able to physically navigate construction sites.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
