Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative activities to support branch personnel and business objectives.
Schedule manpower for Installation and Service work.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
Provide administrative support to the Inside Sales team and other branch personnel as needed.
Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including tracking deliveries and maintaining accurate records.
Monitor and track orders to ensure timely processing and fulfillment.
Maintain office supplies, inventory, and general office organization.
Support branch leadership with scheduling, reporting, documentation, and special projects.
Assist with client visits and help maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to branch operations.
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience with shipping, receiving, order tracking, or administrative support functions preferred.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience Providing Customer-facing Support In a Professional Environment Preferred.
Work Schedule
Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
This position is an on-site role located in the branch office.
Occasional flexibility may be required to support business needs, client visits, or special events.
