We need Full-Time Shift Leaders to join our Taco Bell Team at CTI Restaurants, Inc.
You’ll train up a team of top-notch crew members as you rise toward management in one of our 12 Taco Bell locations.
Salary: $13-$16 per hour

You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Greeting guests
- Accurately taking orders
- Receiving payment and returning change
- Thanking each customer for his or her order
- Making customers feel appreciated and special
- Answer questions about menu items and promotions
- Take inventory and restock products
- Checking orders for accuracy
- Use and monitor all kitchen & service equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
You’ll Need to Have:
- Experience as a restaurant supervisor, training team members
- Strong communication and mathematics skills
- The ability to work both weekdays and weekends
- A positive attitude and solid reliability
- The desire to work along side and encourage your team members to deliver awesome food and a superior customer experience
- The ability to solve problems in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- A genuine desire to work hard and enjoy the resulting success
