What You'll Do:
- Develop, maintain, and oversee CTI’s client governance activities and tracking.
- Maintain and facilitate team creation of governance materials and templates, including charters, governance meeting agendas, and presentation materials.
- Support onboarding of new clients; coordinate, support, and/or lead Governance/Partnership Kick-off Meetings (KOM).
- Maintain client tiering criteria and associated governance structures in conjunction with Business Development.
- Facilitate assignments of clients to the appropriate tier level and support the regular assessment of accounts.
- Provide direction and support to the assigned governance team (Executive, Operational Executive, Medical, and Trial Director - per assigned tier structure) to ensure the client receives the appropriate level of governance support.
- Work with the assigned client governance team to organize and schedule governance meetings.
- Work with the assigned client governance team to develop agendas, determine appropriate attendees, and support the development of presentation materials for meetings.
- Work with the trial team to prepare trial-specific informational update packets and distribute to assigned CTI governance team leaders to enable their preparation before scheduled governance meetings.
- Support the conduct of scheduled governance meetings; attend meetings and capture key decisions and follow-up action items; provide a summary of decisions and action items to required recipients.
- Ensure agendas, presentation materials, key decisions, and follow-up action items are recorded and retained in the archival system as designated for each client.
- Provide oversight of action items from governance meetings to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide and support training of CTI staff to ensure understanding of the goals and processes associated with CTI governance program and structure, including defined roles and responsibilities of governance participants and other CTI staff involved in supporting this program.
- Review and assess CTI governance practices and work with Executive Management to implement process improvement activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in allied health fields (such as nursing, pharmacy, health or natural sciences), or a degree in business
- Minimum 2 years clinical research experience (CRO CRA or Clinical Research Manager, Site Coordinator or Research Manager, Clinical Research Laboratory Manager) or possesses transferrable skills and experience in a relatable industry.
- Experience with the use of Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint
- Experience in clinical trial management or relevant project management preferred
- Experience with successful interfacing with clients preferred
