Regional Property Manager – Affordable Senior Housing
Florida-Based | Travel: 75% throughout Florida & Puerto Rico
Home Office: Miami Gardens (on-site during field weeks)
Schedule: 3 weeks in the field, 1 week remote

An industry leader in affordable senior housing is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Regional Property Manager to oversee a diverse and thriving portfolio across Florida and Puerto Rico. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and mentoring Community Managers and on-site staff across a multi-site portfolio.
- Driving performance across financials, compliance, occupancy, marketing, and resident satisfaction.
- Ensuring full compliance with HUD, LIHTC, PRAC, HOME, CDBG, FHLB, and RAD/PRAC programs.
- Conducting site visits, operational reviews, file audits, and staff training.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Managing vendors, contracts, and capital projects to maintain quality standards.
- Overseeing hiring, training, evaluations, and team development.
- Fostering high standards in property operations, resident services, and community engagement.
About You – Our Ideal Candidate:
- 5 years of multi-site leadership experience in affordable housing.
- Expertise in HUD, LIHTC, PRAC, REAC/MOR, Section 8 regulations.
- Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
- Strong working knowledge of RealPage/OneSite or similar platforms.
- Holds certifications such as COS, HCCP (preferred but not required).
- Based in Florida and willing to travel extensively across the region.
- Able to commute to Miami Gardens during field weeks.
- Experience with senior or 55 communities is a plus.
- Proven track record of driving performance and growing within organizations.
