We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to lead our community in Manitowoc, WI! If you have experience with LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8, and Fair Housing laws, this is your chance to join a supportive team that truly values your expertise.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong, positive relationships with residents, staff, and vendors
- Keep reports and compliance running smoothly for agencies and clients
- Create resident programs that make your community a great place to live
- Manage budgets and daily operations to keep the property performing its best
- Oversee maintenance and safety standards with pride and attention to detail
What You Bring
- 2 years of Property Management experience (required)
- LIHTC and Section 8 experience (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
- Comfort with property management software and technology
- Industry certifications are a plus
