Maintenance Tech
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: On-Site | On-Call Rotation Required
About the Position
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Tech to help maintain our apartment community. Responsibilities include apartment turns, work orders, preventive maintenance, and general repairs. Previous apartment, make-ready, or general maintenance experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete apartment turns, including painting, touch-ups, minor repairs, and unit preparation
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
- Inspect vacant units and identify needed repairs or replacements
- Complete work orders and assist with preventive maintenance
- Ensure apartments meet quality and safety standards before move-in
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist the maintenance and property management teams as needed
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of apartment, make-ready, or general maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs
- HVAC, CPO, EPA certifications preferred, but not required
- CMMS or maintenance work-order system experience is a plus
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
