CTG is hiring a Cupid/Radiant Analyst for a 1 year remote project starting in January.

This person will Provide Epic application support (work tickets, service/change request, routine maintenance), while client focuses on important initiatives. Position is remote. Knowledge transfer will be performed remotely. Monday - Friday 8a-5p ET, No after hours on call. Documentation of responsibilities, How To’s and any requirements of your specific role on this project is expected. Initial document will be created during the knowledge transfer period and maintained through the life of the engagement.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Cupid and Radiant Certifications required

Orders a plus

GE PACS Imaging preferred

Type of Tasks:

• Ticket Queue Management

• Work on access tickets. Ensure tickets come from manager or higher

• New Department Build as they come in and are assigned

• Testing for new departments as assigned
