CTG is seeking a Business Systems Analyst IV to support moderately complex to complex enterprise initiatives for our client. This role will focus on business analysis, functional specifications, SIT/UAT coordination, testing support, and cross-functional project delivery within a banking environment.
Location: Buffalo, NY
Duration: 5 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications, test plans, test scripts, and test cases.
- Coordinate and support SIT and UAT testing activities.
- Lead functional analysis efforts for system enhancements, integrations, and regulatory initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Participate in data mapping, system integration, and conversion activities.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, risks, and issue resolution activities.
- Support post-implementation reviews and ensure adherence to technology and regulatory standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for supported applications and business processes.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on project methodologies and testing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of business systems analysis and/or operational analytics experience.
- SIT and UAT test coordination/management experience required.
- Experience writing business requirements and test cases/scripts.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting moderately complex to complex projects.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with standard business and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $40 - $47
