CTG is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst VI to support a large-scale banking transformation initiative focused on implementation and enhancement of AFSVision within a commercial servicing environment. This role will partner with business and technology teams to document requirements, support testing activities, and help drive successful enterprise-wide system transformation efforts.
Location: Buffalo, NY
Duration: 6 months, with possibility for extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and future-state process flows.
- Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Support implementation activities for AFSVision and related commercial servicing platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, developers, and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in data mapping, system integration, and migration activities.
- Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution activities.
- Ensure compliance with corporate technology standards, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and project team members.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of combined business analysis, systems analysis, operational, or systems development experience.
- Experience with commercial servicing operations and/or platforms such as AFSVision, LoanIQ, or Fiserv.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, system implementations, or migration projects.
- Strong experience documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and testing documentation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior AFSVision implementation experience.
- Banking servicing and operations domain expertise.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Experience working within regulatory and compliance-focused environments.
Pay: Up to $55.00 per hour
