Manufacturing Production Design Engineer

We are looking for a Production Design Engineer to join our growing team and help bridge the gap between product design and efficient, scalable manufacturing.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to support production.
- Create and maintain accurate 2D/3D models, drawings, and specifications.
- Partner with product development teams to ensure designs are efficient for manufacturing and assembly.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and implement solutions.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by transitioning designs into production-ready processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Document procedures and support training of production teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (Inventor preferred).
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods such as machining, fabrication, and assembly.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methods is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
