What are the responsibilities and job description for the Asst. Bookkeeper / Administrative Assist. position at CTE Electrical?
Experience in Quickbooks Desktop a must.
Accounts receivable (and some accounts payable) entries, reconciliations. filing, copying, scanning, organizing etc. Assist w phones when necessary.
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
Dependable and punctual.
