Primary Responsibilities
- Test & Inspect Products: Operate and maintain gauges, test equipment, and machines to verify product quality.
- Support Quality Engineers: Assist engineers and managers in resolving customer and supplier quality issues.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Perform Visual Inspections: Review incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Evaluate & Record Data: Document results from test procedures and inspections for traceability and continuous improvement.
Technical Skills
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure accuracy in inspections.
- Basic Computer Literacy: Competence in using digital tools for data entry and reporting.
