- 12 hour shifts Number of Beds: 11 bed EMR: Cerner Education/Training Provider must have completed a residency in EM, FM, or IM Clinical Experience Proof of current adequate EM experience within the past 2 years for EM/FM/IM License Requirements Active unrestricted TX state medical license and DEA w/ TX address & schedules 2,2N,3,3N, 4 & 5; must be fee paid and will not accept fee-exempt Board Certification Must be board certified in EM or FM Merit Badges / Certifications EM Board Certified
- Certifications not required. FM/IM Board certified
- Current ATLS, ACLS & PALS required. Immunization Requirements Current TB Test within 12 months. If TB Test positive provide latest Chest X-ray | Hep B | 2 MMR Vaccines | 2 Varicella Vaccines or Titers. Tdap Vaccine within the last 10 years | Current Flu Vaccine | Covid Vaccine Case Log Requirements Past 12 months CME/CEU Requirements CME attestation signed in application, copies not required.
