Role Description
This is a seasonal part-time*, on-site role located in Erie, PA for a Field Service Operator. The Field Service Operator will be responsible for delivering and installing equipment at client sites. Tasks include fulfilling an invoice by loading equipment onto box truck, deliver and set up rented equipment at scheduled time, break down equipment after the event, and return items to warehouse. Perform preventive maintenance and equipment upkeep. The role also involves offering excellent customer service and ensuring all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
*Hours: 10-30 hours/week, May-October
Qualifications
- Physical strength to lift up to 100lb
- Basic phone/tablet application and printing skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and guidelines for on-site work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with tools, machinery, and reading technical manuals
- Maintain accurate inventory count
- Flexible work hours are a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $10.00 - $25.00 per hour
