Duties

- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and other supply chain analytics tools to monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.
- Coordinate with supply chain management teams to optimize procurement, logistics, and inventory management using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflow processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing best practices aligned with lean manufacturing standards.
- Oversee safety protocols, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.
- Manage personnel including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team environment focused on operational excellence.
- Monitor mechanical systems and maintain mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing goals while maintaining high standards of quality control and product assembly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
