JOB OPPORTUNITY:

Position details:
1) Control Line & Check credit terms and conditions
• Facility Line set up and maintain on mainframes
• Facility line drawdown and terms and conditions control
2) Control and exam collateral
Exam the pledged documents
• Calculate the coverage ratio of collateral
• Pledge and release collateral
• Filing, custody, and physical count of collateral
3) Documents safekeeping, include legal documents, security documents
• Prepare and review credit related documents and legal documents
• File and custody of Legal document folder
4) Post-lending control
• Post-lending terms and conditions control and trace
5) Report Preparation
Requirements:
- 2 year solid experience in credit administration or bills operations.
- Master's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Word Processing
- Fluent in written and spoken in English. Bilingual in Mandarin/Chinese speaking is preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Standard office environment. Noise level in work environment is usually average. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional off site client meetings and site visits.
