- Ensure all utility documentation complies with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and relevant quality management standards.
- Organize, file, and archive utility records systematically to facilitate easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Perform data entry with precision to update utility databases, spreadsheets, and electronic filing systems regularly.
- Proofread and review documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before final submission or filing.
- Support document management activities by tracking revisions, managing version control, and ensuring document integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate records management and adherence to organizational policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles involving records management or document control.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and data sets efficiently.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 (medical device quality management), ISO 9001 (quality management systems), and related standards is preferred.
- Experience using SharePoint, ERP systems, and other document management tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent proofreading, data entry, and technical writing skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to perform filing, data management, and record keeping accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working within quality management or regulatory compliance frameworks is a plus.
