Construction Project Manager
CTA Construction Managers is an award-winning, ENR Top 100 Green Contractor delivering complex, large-scale, LEED-certified projects across Massachusetts. We build challenging projects — and we’re looking for proven leaders to run them.
This is a true leadership role. You will own the financial performance, schedule, risk management, and client relationships for $30M projects from buyout through closeout. We are not looking for coordinators — we are looking for accountable builders who drive results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead project teams and hold all stakeholders accountable
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall P/L performance
- Oversee buyout, contracts, change orders, and procurement
- Drive schedule development and execution
- Maintain strong owner, architect, and subcontractor relationships
- Proactively identify and solve problems before they escalate
What You Bring
- 5 years leading commercial construction projects
- Experience managing $30M ground-up or complex renovations
- Strong financial acumen and cost control discipline
- Ability to read, interpret, and execute construction documents
- Public/municipal project experience preferred
- BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
