Join our energetic team at Champion Training Academy! CTA is seeking a friendly, dependable, and highly organized person who enjoys working with our athletes, families, and staff. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, multitasking, and being trusted with important day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. This position includes greeting members, answering phones, scheduling classes, assisting with registrations, and helping create an outstanding customer experience.
As the first point of contact for our gym, this position plays a critical role in shaping the experience families have when they walk through our doors, call, or reach out electronically.
This is not a passive desk job. It is a trusted front-facing role that combines customer service, administrative accuracy, and professional communication.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Member & Family Experience
- Greet families, athletes, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Serve as the first point of contact in person, by phone, and via email
- Answer questions regarding programs, schedules, and accounts clearly and confidently
- Build positive, respectful relationships with parents and athletes
Administrative & Office Support
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Track attendance and reconcile daily reports
- Maintain organized, accurate records
- Communicate updates to coaches and leadership
- Keep the front desk and office area clean, organized, and professional
Financial & Record keeping Tasks
- Balance the register and verify daily totals
- Track outstanding balances and communicate professionally with families
- Enter attendance and payment data promptly and accuratel
Additional Responsibilities
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front lobby and office.
- Light cleaning and tidying during slower periods (vacuuming, wiping counters, organizing, restocking supplies)
- Assist with creating social media posts, taking photos/videos, and promoting gym activities
- Support coaches and staff with administrative and special event needs.
Optional Growth Opportunities:
- Assist with light marketing tasks such as social media posts, flyers, or event promotion
- Support camps, clinics, and special events as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort using computers and basic office systems
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
- Prior customer service, administrative, or front office experience preferred
- Experience with IClass Pro, POS systems, or scheduling software is a plus
- Availability for some evenings and occasional weekends
Education
- High school diploma required
- College coursework or administrative experience strongly preferred
