What You'll Do:
- Create exceptional client experiences by building relationships, providing expert guidance, and delivering outstanding service.
- Manage wedding planning details, including timelines, logistics, client communication, and event coordination.
- Inspire and sell by recommending creative enhancements, upgraded menus, specialty beverages, décor, and personalized experiences.
- Bring creativity to the planning process by helping couples personalize their celebrations through thoughtful recommendations.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure wedding details are communicated clearly and executed seamlessly.
What We're Looking For:
Prior professional experience planning and/or executing weddings or large-scale catered events is required.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Proven experience in wedding planning, event coordination, catering, or hospitality.
- A demonstrated track record of successful upselling and revenue generation through a consultative, client-focused approach.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
Preferred: Experience in catering sales, luxury hospitality, event management, or supervisory roles.
