  • Contribute to the club’s domestic and international scouting efforts by evaluating talent, attending scouting events, and working collaboratively with recruitment staff.
  • Represent the club with professionalism and integrity in all external communications, including media obligations, community engagements, and league functions.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with the front office, academy leadership, and league personnel, contributing to the club’s operational and strategic success.
  • Uphold league rules, compliance standards, and club policies at all times, while ensuring player welfare, safety, and a positive team environment.

  • 5 years of coaching experience at the professional or high-level collegiate level.
  • Demonstrated success in team management and player development.
  • Strong tactical understanding and adaptability.
  • Effective communicator and leader.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other communication and organizational tools.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with game analysis software such as Hudl, Sportscode, or equivalent platforms for video analysis, data interpretation, and performance feedback.
