The CT Team is hiring a Sales/Customer Service Associate to support our growing telecom and energy client campaigns throughout the greater Hartford area.
This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with paid training provided. We’re looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build long-term experience in sales, customer relations, and business development.
What you’ll be doing:
- Engage directly with customers in face-to-face campaigns
- Represent client products and services professionally
- Assist with customer acquisition and account support
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Work with the team to hit daily and weekly performance goals

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:30am to 6:30pm
Compensation: $45,000 to $55,000 expected first-year earnings, uncapped commission
