The CT Team is actively hiring a Customer Service and Sales Representative to support our telecom and energy client campaigns throughout the greater Hartford area.
This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided. We are looking for motivated individuals with backgrounds in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service who are ready to transition into a professional career with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers in face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns
- Represent client products and services professionally
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Support customer acquisition and account growth
- Work with the team to achieve daily and weekly performance goals
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment

Compensation: $45,000 to $55,000 expected first-year earnings
