What you’ll handle
- Set up and operate both basic and advanced production machines to meet throughput goals.
- Clean and perform routine maintenance on machines and production equipment.
- Complete production ledgers and QC tracking accurately and legibly.
- Compute gross, tare, and net weights using calculators/adding machines and industrial scales.
- Prepare packaging by thoroughly cleaning boxes, lids, and skids; write clear box tickets.
- Operate forklifts and aerial lifts safely; keep systems supplied with materials via sit-down forklift.
- Retrieve, stage, and store materials in designated locations; uphold warehouse cleanliness.
- Participate in shift meetings and training; communicate effectively with peers.
- Maintain accountability for company-provided toolbox and tools.
- 2 years of forklift experience — required
- Ability to use a calculator, adding machine, and industrial scale for basic math.
- Capability to push, pull, lift, carry, and move up to 65 lbs.
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills; prioritize tasks and perform under deadlines.
- Detail-focused while multitasking effectively.
- Comfort walking, standing, stooping, and bending up to 80% of the shift, with or without accommodation.
- Clear communication and a strong work ethic; able to mount/dismount a forklift frequently.

- Compensation: From $16.00 per hour
- Schedule: 12-hour shift; Swing Shift Schedule
- Location: In person
