Responsibilities include communicating with customers via providing information regarding services, directing to appropriate person/department and other administrative activities for the Company. TheCustomer Service/Inside Sales Representativeis also responsible for selling pest and wildlife services to commercial organizations or residential settings to meet their
needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Answering telephones and directing persons and/or telephone calls to the appropriate department or person.
• Providing information about products and services over the phone.
  
• Resolving customer complaints.
  
• Receiving and delivering messages verbally and/or in writing.
  
• Develop estimates/contracts for current or prospective customers.
• Respond promptly to inquires from potential customers.
• Scheduling work orders and/or pest control jobs.
  
• Entering work orders.
  
• Collecting past-due receivables.
  
• Compiling data, scanning, and filing.
  
• Typing termite reports and Notice of Work Completion and/or Exclusion.
  
• Operating computers, electronic calculators, fax machines, copiers and any other equipment used to affect the efficient, timely operation of the branch.
  
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
