Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide temporary coverage for our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role is essential for maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Perform data entry and clerical tasks to maintain organized records.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling private lessons.
- Provide customer support by responding to inquiries in person and via email and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize Canva, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and flyers.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including managing invoices and financial records.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with office management duties.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently during evening hours
- Administrative or front desk experience preferred
Schedule
Evenings, Mondays and Wednesdays approx - 5:00 - 8:00 PM
Duration
This is a temporary/interim position intended to meet current operational needs. Duration is expected to be seasonal or short-term, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. There may be an opportunity for continued employment based on business needs.
