The Role: AI Deployment Manager

CT Labs is seeking an AI Deployment Manager to lead customer implementations and ensure enterprise AI solutions deliver measurable business value.

This role combines project leadership, customer engagement, AI implementation, and cross-functional coordination. The AI Deployment Manager serves as the primary point of contact throughout the deployment process, working with customers, engineers, and product teams to deliver successful production rollouts.

Strategic Focus

1. Customer Deployment

• Lead enterprise AI implementation projects from kickoff through production launch
• Partner with customer stakeholders to define deployment objectives and success metrics
• Coordinate implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with business priorities

2. AI Implementation

• Support deployment of AI agents, workflow automation, and enterprise AI applications
• Coordinate integrations across customer technology environments
• Validate deployment readiness and implementation quality
• Drive successful user adoption across customer teams

3. Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams
• Translate customer requirements into actionable implementation plans
• Remove delivery obstacles and manage project risks
• Maintain clear communication throughout every deployment phase

4. Customer Success

• Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders
• Monitor adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction
• Recommend opportunities for additional AI use cases and workflow improvements
• Help customers maximize long-term value from deployed solutions

5. Continuous Improvement

• Develop repeatable deployment playbooks and implementation standards
• Document best practices and lessons learned across customer engagements
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment speed and operational efficiency
• Contribute customer insights that strengthen CT Labs’ platform and services

Candidate Profile

• Experience leading enterprise software, AI, SaaS, or digital transformation implementations
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively with technical and business teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Interest in artificial intelligence and enterprise technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI, automation, or workflow platforms
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, APIs, and enterprise integrations
