Duties
- Perform outbound calling to follow up on application statuses, gather additional information, or clarify client details
- Conduct thorough client qualification assessments by reviewing submitted documentation and verifying eligibility criteria
- Engage with clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels using professional phone etiquette
- Enter data accurately into company databases using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications
- Support client services by answering inquiries promptly, providing clear information, and guiding clients through the qualification process
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, documentation reviews, and qualification outcomes in compliance with company policies
Skills
- Demonstrated call center experience with a focus on customer service excellence and phone etiquette
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client populations effectively
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to promote services confidently and professionally
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey information and build rapport with clients
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances outreach capabilities
