What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Nursery Team Member position at CT Gardens, LLC?
Bring your green thumbs! We are looking for a someone with a friendly smile to help care for our annual/perennial plants & flowers, shrubs, trees, and vegetables during our busy spring season !
Job Duties include: Watering, fertilizing, pruning and monitoring our diverse nursery selection. Greet customers with a smile and help answer questions. We want our plants/flowers to thrive, look beautiful for our customers to take home and have a great experience shopping with us.
Requirements: Team Members must be able to work inside or outside in varying weather conditions as well as able to lift/move items up to 50lbs. We also need someone with a flexible schedule who can work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
