Responsibilities
Assist the dentist chairside during exams, cleanings, fillings, and surgical procedures
Oversee daily clinical and front-office operations and team workflows
Train, mentor, and support junior dental assistants and front desk staff
Maintain OSHA compliance, sterilization protocols, and infection control standards
Manage supply inventory, scheduling coordination, and patient flow efficiency
Deliver an exceptional, compassionate patient experience from check-in to discharge
Qualifications
CT dental assistant certification 1 years of clinical experience Strong leadership & communication Radiography certification (preferred) Dental software experience a plus CPR/BLS certificationWhy join us?
