• The provider must be board certified (BC/NCCPA/NP Boards) and hold active certifications including BLS and NC DEA, with DOT and PALS/ACLS preferred. A minimum of 12 months of urgent care experience is required, and new graduates will not be considered. The provider must demonstrate proficiency with Epic EMR, have experience treating both adults and pediatrics 6 months and older, and possess strong soft skills for one-on-one interactions with staff and patients. The candidate must successfully pass a clinical screening interview and complete mandatory EMR training and onboarding on set Wednesdays before starting solo shifts.

• This is an urgent care position requiring the provider to work as the sole provider treating both adult and pediatric patients aged 6 months and older. The provider will handle high volume patient care averaging 40 patients per day, performing minor procedures including I&D, laceration repair, and ear irrigation. Support staff includes a Center Manager, Medical Assistant, and Patient Service Associate, with an offsite supervising physician available for APPs. The provider must use Epic EMR for all visits and complete mandatory training and onboarding on set Wednesdays prior to working independently.
