- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully driving IT initiatives and projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a relevant field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IAITAM Certified Asset Management Professional, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate)
- Handson experience with Kaseya Administration, Oomnitza Integrations Administration, Intune Backend Administration, Technical Support, System Maintenance and Integration, Telecom and Phone System Support, Qmatic System Support, Documentation and Reporting
- It''s a hybrid role (3x/week onsite) and prefer local DMV candidates; in-person interviews conducted.
