Proven experience in implementing and managing HA / DR solutions like Always On Availability Groups, geo-replication, and point-in-time restore.
Expertise in Transparent Data Encryption within SQL Server.
Over 3 years of experience creating, updating and maintaining systems documentation.
Strong understanding of database security principles, including user management, role-based access
control, data encryption, and compliance regulations.
Proficient in designing, implementing, and testing robust backup and recovery strategies for Azure SQL databases.
Experience with Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and other tools for proactive monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python for automating routine tasks, deployments, and management.
Experience with migrating on-premises SQL Server databases to Azure SQL platforms.
Familiarity with ETL processes and tools like Azure Data Factory or SSIS for data integration.
Advanced skills in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, including query optimization, index tuning, and database configuration.
