What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Civil Engineer position at CSWST2?
We are currently seeking an entry-level Civil Engineer for an immediate opening in our Novato office. This is a full-time, regular position working Monday through Friday. Once you are able to work independently, you will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
Please note: This position is intended for candidates who have already graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and are available to begin full-time employment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform entry-level professional engineering work designed to develop professional knowledge and skills.
- Perform research and prepare reports.
- Perform engineering calculations.
- Design routine portions of engineering projects.
- Solve standard engineering problems.
- Research applicable codes and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
- 0–5 years of engineering experience. Preference will be given to candidates with engineering internship experience and experience in public works and land development projects.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enjoy interacting with team members and clients.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of visiting job sites and performing field work.

Pay: $79,040.00 - $99,840.00 per year
