Responsibilities
Leasing consultant to work in office as part of team supporting two complexes. General customer service (taking rent, maintenance requests, de-escalation of tenant disputes), preparation of leases, completion of on site inspections (move in, move out). Other duties as required or requested.
Qualifications
Use of cloud based programs (e.g. Buildium).
Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Fair Housing Certification will be required (company paid for if don't have).
Notary will be required (company paid for if don't have).
