The engineer will play a critical role in deploying and managing Windows devices at scale, ensuring endpoints are secure, reliable, and aligned with modern workplace standards. Ideal candidates will bring expertise in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and O365, with a strong background supporting large enterprise environments.
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Implement and administer enterprise-wide endpoint deployment solutions using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and related Microsoft platforms.
- Configure and enforce device compliance policies, profiles, and security patching to safeguard data and maintain governance.
- Manage identity and access functions through Entra ID/Active Directory to strengthen endpoint protection.
- Deploy and maintain remote workstation solutions, including Amazon Workspaces and Windows Cloud PC, to support a distributed workforce.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve endpoint-related issues while collaborating with infrastructure, security, and service desk teams to enhance end-user experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation, operating procedures, and technical standards for device provisioning and lifecycle management.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and enterprise endpoint management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365 administration, and PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Familiarity with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Group Policy, and enterprise security practices for endpoint devices.
- Proven ability to deploy and support Amazon Workspaces or other virtual desktop infrastructure tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills for working with both IT teams and end users.
- A degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is valued.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, MCSE, or AWS Solutions Architect are a plus.
